Tripura Bhumi Seva ("we", "our", or "the App") is a digital land records search application built to provide an interactive, mobile-first UI/UX for ease of collecting land documents from the Government of Tripura's land records portal (jami.tripura.gov.in). The App serves as a convenient interface to access publicly available land record data (Record of Rights) and does not own, operate, or control the government portal in any way. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our application.

We use Firebase Firestore for data storage with encryption in transit and at rest. Session data required for the form workflow is stored temporarily and cleared after use. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may use device advertising identifiers and cookies to serve ads. You may see personalized ads based on your interests or non-personalized ads based on contextual information. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings or by visiting Google's Ad Settings page.
Tripura Bhumi Seva is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
Tripura Bhumi Seva is an independent, third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Government of Tripura or the National Informatics Centre (NIC). The website jami.tripura.gov.in is owned and operated by the Government of Tripura, India.
All land record documents (Record of Rights) displayed in this App are retrieved as-is from the official Tripura land records portal without any alteration, modification, or tampering. The data is publicly available on the internet through the government portal.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any land record data displayed. For any discrepancy, error, or concern regarding the content of any land record document, please contact the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Tripura or the Government of Tripura directly for resolution.
This App is intended solely for informational purposes and should not be considered as a substitute for official records obtained directly from the competent government authority.
